- Griffin's Grove is an internet based retail company established in 1997
with the purpose of providing and promoting a global market place for fine
quality fantasy collectibles, artwork and other products that present fantastic
beings and places in a positive light. The Grove is an imaginary place
where majestic creatures and mystical places can all exist together peacefully.

- At this time, we do not have an actual retail store that you can come
in and shop at.

Q - Do you have a catalog ?
A
- At this time, we do not have a catalog other than the catalog on this
web site. We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and
feel that a paper catalog is an unnecessary use of natural resources.
With the increasing accessibility and global exposure of the internet,
we feel that it is the best medium currently available for our catalog.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept ?

- We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express credit cards both online
and through our toll free phone number 88-THE GROVE (888-434-7683).
All online credit card transactions are processed securely through Authorize.Net
(one of the leaders in online credit card processing on the internet today).
Authorize.Net utilizes 128-bit encryption and SSL security to protect your
credit card information. If you are still uncomfortable sending your
credit card information online, you can print the online order form and
fax or mail it to us. Our fax number is (630) 585-8159 and our mailing
address is P.O. Box 6556, Aurora, IL 60598-0556. We also accept personal
checks, money orders and cashiers checks made payable to Griffin's Grove
at our mailing address. All personal checks must clear before we
will ship your order. Any returned checks are subject to a $25.00
return check fee that will be charged to you. Please do not send
cash.

Q - How are orders shipped ?
A
- We use the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for
most of our shipping. All in stock items are processed within 2-3
business days of receipt of your order. Please allow 7-10 business
days for delivery. Out of stock items can take 6-8 weeks for delivery
and you will be given the option (through email) to wait for the items
or cancel them from your order. Out of stock items will not delay
the shipment of any in stock items ordered at the same time.
Express shipping is available for an additional shipping cost and will
arrive 2-3 business days from when your order is processed.

Q - What is your return policy ?
A - We place a high priority on your satisfaction with all merchandise
you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with
any items you have ordered, please send them back to us within 30 days
of receipt. Please include a brief explanation of why you are returning
them. We will refund you the price of the item(s) plus any additional
shipping cost you have incurred in returning them.

Q - Do you sell wholesale ?

- Due to our agreements with the companies we deal with, we are unable
to sell at wholesale prices. Please contact any of the companies
or artists you are interested in getting wholesale pricing from directly.
